Paul currently employs 850+ team members in 12 locations with McDonald's locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn. 

Paul is the current President of the Five Boroughs McDonald's Owner Operator Association and on the Board of Directors for the NY Metro Coop. He collaborates with the internal national teams on issues such as Fair Workweek, scheduling, and is focused on finding solutions to mitigate costs for business in markets such as NYC.

Kevin Young is a partner in the Labor & Employment Department and a member of the Wage & Hour Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Young focuses his practice on employment litigation and counseling, with an emphasis on matters relating to federal, state, and local wage and hour laws (e.g., minimum wage, overtime, exempt classification, independent contractor classification, pay frequency, predictive scheduling). Mr. Young partners with employers to identify and mitigate legal risk, and that work informs the strategies he develops to defend employers when litigation is unavoidable.

Joshua D. Seidman is an associate based in Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s New York office and is a member of the
firm’s Labor and Employment Department.  Mr. Seidman represents employers in both single plaintiff and
class action litigation, particularly defending management against discrimination, harassment, and retaliation
claims under federal, state, and city anti-discrimination laws, wage and hour claims under federal and state
laws, and wrongful discharge and breach of contract claims.  He also has experience with employment
litigation before New York State administrative agencies, and disputes involving collective bargaining and
grievance arbitration.
